Karen is responsible for the technical aspects of all the Institute’s projects, including survey programming, panel administration, decision support systems and survey application development. She works closely with software and panel providers to ensure surveys are carried out to the specifications of both the clients and academics. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Computing degree from the University of Technology, Sydney.
