FORT MYERS, Fla., Sept. 01, 2016 -- WhereverTV Broadcasting Corp. (OTC:TVTV), a leader in delivering Over the Top (OTT) subscription television services to a variety of devices including smartphones, TabletPCs, streaming media players, computers and connected TVs, announced that it has completed the audits of the first and second quarters for 2016. The completed audits follow the completion of the yearly 2013, 2014 and 2015 audits reported recently, and a continuation of the company’s reorganization, disclosure and reporting initiatives, awareness campaigns and international product launch.
“We are transforming the company into a departmentalized, full-fledged ecommerce company for the new age of media. We are looking to become the leading brand for live-streaming, recorded and alternative content choices to chord-cutters and chord-nevers, or people on the go on mobile devices or stationary at home,” said CEO Edward Ciofani. “I am looking for many opportunities to emerge and lots of progress from now through the end of the year,” he added.
