SAN RAFAEL, Calif., Jan. 25, 2018 -- The Board of Directors of Westamerica Bancorporation (NASDAQ:WABC) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share on common stock outstanding to shareholders of record at the close of business February 5, 2018. The dividend is payable February 16, 2018.
Chairman, President and CEO David Payne stated, “This dividend recognizes Westamerica’s healthy capital level, sound asset quality, and profitability level.”
