NORCROSS, Ga., April 20, 2017 -- The Board of Directors of WestRock Company (NYSE:WRK) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share on its common stock payable on May 15, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 5, 2017.
