WOOSTER, Ohio, March 24, 2016 -- Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:WAYN), the stock holding company parent of Wayne Savings Community Bank, has declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share of the Company’s common stock for the quarter ending March 31, 2016. This represents an annualized dividend of $.36 per share. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on April 27, 2016 to stockholders of record as of April 13, 2016.
At December 31, 2015, Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. reported total assets of $433.6 million, deposits of $362.4 million, and stockholders’ equity of $39.9 million, or 9.20% of total assets.
