US under Trump Series: Who is controlling United States?

This week, we at FxWirePro, like other news organization around the world reported on Michael Flynn, the former national security advisor who resigned earlier this week after weeks of outrage in the media and around the United States of his alleged ties with the Russians. Though the connection remains an alleged one, it became evident that Mr. Flynn talked with Russian Ambassador Sergei Kisilyak on sanctions on the very same day the Obama administration was imposing new sanctions on Russia. That was not legal since President Trump and Mr. Flynn had not been formally inaugurated to the office. According to his resignation letter, he failed to inform the Vice President Mike Pence, who defended Flynn publicly in the media, of the full extent of his talks with the Russian Ambassador.

While we fully support taking actions against any illegitimate act, there was another piece of news, which was largely ignored in the media and by the media and in most the cases, deliberately. The information or the transcript of the call between the Russian Ambassador and Michael Flynn was released to the media, namely New York Times and CNN, by unknown intelligence official or officials before they informed the White House of the matter. And that is something, which is super illegal.

While Flynn should have removed by any angle, the American people should be concerned by the fact that intelligence officials are working to undermine the current Presidency. It was not a hidden agenda that President Donald Trump wants to restore relations with Russia and still people made his the President, which means by trying to restore relations with Russia, he is executing the will of the people. But his presidency is being hindered by leaks. Is this how an institution or institutions which are supposed to work for the people act? Is this the way forward, where voters do not matter? And where will this end?

We really do not know the answer to the last, nor do we have the answer to our header question.
