The Holistic Cannabis Academy Paves the Way in Medical Cannabis Education

BOULDER, Colo., April 03, 2018 -- The Holistic Cannabis Academy (HCA), a division of the Holistic Cannabis Network (HCN), is an established leader in the education of medical cannabis among holistic health professionals. The HCA offers an extensive online training program led by experts that aims to educate and arm the health professional community with the training and knowledge needed to understand the therapeutic aspects of cannabis, cannabinoids (including CBD), and the endocannabinoid system with an integrative approach including nutrition, acupuncture, aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, and more.

With growing interest and acceptance of medical cannabis and CBD to help patients improve health conditions and promote wellness, HCN co-founders Laura Lagano, MS, RDN, CDN and Donna Shields, MS, RDN launched the Academy in 2016. The Academy offers its Signature Program of 31 modules for health professionals who are ready for the deep dive into medical cannabis.
