This selected date represents a move of three weeks later in our year-end reporting cycle for the sole purpose of implementing a best practice of having our public announcement and conference call align more closely with the completion of our annual audit and the filing of our 10-K with the SEC. That process is expected to extend through the full allowed SEC filing period this year.
