Swiss sight deposits show a marginal increase in the week ending July 22

Data released by Statistics Sweden showed Tuesday that producer prices declined further in June. The measure has been falling since July 2015. However, the pace of declines in June was slower than in the previous month.

Data showed Sweden's producer prices in total fell 1.9 percent year-over-year in June, following a 4.5 percent decrease in May. On a monthly basis, producer prices climbed 1.5 percent in June, after showing no variations in the prior month.

Import prices dipped 5.3 percent annually in June, while it rose 1.7 percent from the preceding month. Prices for domestic supply, combining domestic and import markets, slid 2.8 percent yearly and went up 1.3 percent month-on-month.

Swedish Krona has been under pressure since the Brexit, EURSEK has gained from the lows of 9.2474 levels to the current 9.5097 levels. While uncertainty on the markets remains elevated, sustainable gains are likely to remain elusive.
