(NASDAQ:SUPN), a specialty pharmaceutical company (Company) focused on developing and commercializing products for the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) diseases, announced that it filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2016.
The Form 10-Q filing follows the filings of the Company’s restated financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2015 and 2014, the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, the three month periods ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, and the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2016 and 2015. Following these filings, the Company is now current with all of its SEC filings and has been informed by the Nasdaq Stock Market that the Company has regained compliance with the Nasdaq listing requirement relating to filing obligations.
As previously disclosed, the Company’s net product sales were not affected by the restatement. The adjustments in the restatement have not and will not impact the Company’s cash and marketable securities positions or net product sales.
