(“Summit”) (NASDAQ:SMMF) today announces its Board of Directors recently declared a first quarter 2016 dividend of $0.10 per share payable on March 31, 2016 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2016, representing a 25 percent increase compared to the $0.08 paid in each quarter of 2015.
