Starbucks Japan is celebrating the arrival of autumn with two exclusive drinks: the returning Pumpkin Spice Latte and the new Yaki-imo Kobashi Caramel Frappuccino. Available from September 4, these seasonal offerings capture the essence of fall flavors, providing a unique experience for customers.

As the autumn breeze whispers, Starbucks is set to unveil its exclusive, limited-edition offerings that encapsulate the unique essence of the season. These are not just drinks and a special treat but a privilege reserved for our valued customers, adding an element of exclusivity to your Starbucks experience.
First up is the much-loved Pumpkin Spice Latte, a drink that triumphantly returns to Japan after a 15-year hiatus. Its unique espresso blend and spicy pumpkin puree sauce deliver unique fall flavors. This year, it's back with a twist, available hot or cold in various sizes and priced between 530-671 yen (US$3.67-$4.64). The Pumpkin Spice Latte will be available from 4 September to 31 October, promising a taste adventure with its unique twist.
Starbucks Japan Introduces Yaki-imo Kobashi Caramel Frappuccino, a Tribute to Autumn Traditions
Introducing the new "Yaki-imo Kobashi Caramel Frappuccino," a unique creation inspired by Japan's beloved autumn tradition of baked sweet potatoes. The name reflects the drink's aromatic baked sweet potato flavor, complemented by a slightly bittersweet, thick caramel sauce. This sauce visualizes the changing seasons, blending with the drink to evoke a sense of autumn. The addition of vanilla brings out the hidden notes of a canelé, a traditional French pastry with a soft center and caramelized crust. Crispy, salty-sweet imo kenpi (sugar-coated sweet potato chips) are scattered throughout the drink, mimicking the texture of a canelé and adding a delightful crunch.
The Yaki-imo Kobashi Caramel Frappuccino will be available from 4 September to 10 October, priced at 687 yen for takeout or 700 yen for dine-in.
