DALLAS, Sept. 14, 2016 -- Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (NYSE:SRC) (“Spirit” or the “Company”), a net lease real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in single-tenant, operationally essential real estate, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per common share, representing an annualized rate of $0.70 per common share. Shareholders of record as of September 30, 2016, will receive the $0.175 cash dividend on October 14, 2016.
