(NASDAQ: SOFO), the trusted global leader for video creation and management solutions, today announces that it is postponing its earnings conference call originally scheduled to be held today at 4:30 p.m. ET. The delay is to allow additional time to re-evaluate the company’s non-cash intangible assets.
When complete, the evaluation will include the company’s recent decline in stock price as a variable in the assessment.The company will schedule the release of results for its fourth quarter and fiscal 2017 upon completion of the assessment which is expected to occur before the new year.
