NEW YORK, Sept. 06, 2017 -- Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP (SRFK), a leading corporate securities and full service law firm, is pleased to announce it has relocated its headquarters to the heart of Midtown in New York City in a move designed to better service its diverse client base in New York and around the world. The firm has entered into a long-term lease for a 30,000 sq. ft., full floor at 47th Street and Avenue of the Americas.
Effective immediately, the new address for the firm is 1185 Avenue of the Americas, 37th Floor, New York, NY 10036. The firm chose the new location to support its evolution as a full-service law firm providing commercial real estate, trusts & estates, tax, and intellectual property practice areas, in addition to its core competencies of its corporate and securities and corporate finance law. As SRFK continues to experience robust growth, the new headquarters will facilitate the addition of attorneys and team members, as well as meeting spaces for clients on the Sixth Avenue “Big Law” corridor in Midtown Manhattan.
“As our firm celebrates its 20th anniversary next year, we also celebrate our successful expansion, not only as a leading securities and corporate law firm, but one that provides an increased number of practice areas and capabilities for our clients,” said Gregory Sichenzia, Founding Partner at Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP. “Our relocation to Midtown Manhattan facilitates meetings and introductions for our diverse roster of clients whose interests we continue to serve on a daily basis. We look forward to seeing the same familiar faces at 1185, and working hard to support both existing and new clients that turn to us for professional representation of the highest caliber.”
