NEW YORK, Feb. 16, 2016 -- Sequential Brands Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:SQBG) ("Sequential" or the "Company") announced today it has entered into a long-term licensing agreement with ONE Jeanswear Group to develop a category intensified men’s and women’s jeanswear line and expand distribution for William Rast, the fashion brand co-founded by Justin Timberlake and Trace Ayala.

William Rast’s Fall 2016 line, the first collaboration under the new partnership, will be previewed at PROJECT Las Vegas February 16 – 18, 2016.
The new assortment is true to the brand’s iconic Americana heritage known for it’s premium denim with expanded fits and elevated washes in denim and twill. Men’s and women’s classifications include t-shirts, woven shirts, knits, sweaters, leather moto jackets, and military inspired bombers that complement the new denim designs. Retail price points will range from $30 - $110 for core pieces and up to $200 for outerwear.
