With more than 30 years’ insurance experience, Shader has extensive knowledge in commercial lines insurance, including expertise in analysis, building and running businesses with P&L responsibility, product underwriting and technology oversight.
Prior to joining CopperPoint, Shader was executive vice president at Endurance Express, a commercial lines carrier. Before that, he was executive vice president at Axis Express Solutions, Axis Capital. Shader holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, and graduated summa cum laude from State University New York (SUNY) in Oswego, N.Y.
