SAN DIEGO, Sept. 22, 2016 -- Royale Energy, Inc. (OTCQB:ROYL) has begun drilling its second well, the CRC RVGU #8-2, in the Rio Vista field after finding over 100 ft. of net pay in a new gas pool discovery with the CRC RVGU #8-1 well.
