DALLAS, Aug. 30, 2016 -- Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. (OTC PINK:RMHB) announced today that it has updated its Company Profile on OTC Markets at www.otcmarkets.com. The Company’s Reporting Status now reflects that it is an SEC Reporting Company. Additionally, the Officers, Directors and Share Structure information has been updated.
The Company has submitted its application with OTC Markets to move from OTC PINK to OTC QB. The application is approved pending the completion of the Company’s annual audit of its June 30 year-end financial results. Once the audit is complete, which is expected within the next three weeks, the Company will update its Form 10 filing with the current year audited financials and produce and file with the SEC its first Form 10-K, which is due to be filed by September 28, 2016. Upon acceptance by the SEC, the Company may complete the process of uplisting to the OTCQB.
