STATE COLLEGE, Pa., May 02, 2017 -- Rex Energy Corporation (Nasdaq:REXX) today announced that it has changed the form of payment for the previously announced quarterly dividend on its Series A convertible perpetual preferred stock (“Series A Preferred Stock”).
