STATE COLLEGE, Pa., May 02, 2017 -- Rex Energy Corporation (Nasdaq:REXX) today announced that it has changed the form of payment for the previously announced quarterly dividend on its Series A convertible perpetual preferred stock (“Series A Preferred Stock”). Previously, on April 21, 2017, the company announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $150.00 per share on the Series A Preferred Stock (equivalent to $1.50 per depository share) payable on May 15, 2017 in shares of common stock to holders of record as of May 1, 2017.
