- Filtering for specific Revulytics Client ID and Machine ID for customers also using Revulytics Compliance Intelligence, providing deeper insight into feature usage within unlicensed software to accelerate settlement and conversion discussions
- Opt In/Opt Out Status, making it easier to calculate sample size and measure the effectiveness of software usage analytics programs
- Lifetime Product & Feature Usage, providing deeper insight into specific user groups and their engagement with various product functionality
These new filters and many others are also available as ReachOut variables to improve the effectiveness of in-application messaging campaigns. Software producers can increase conversions through highly targeted messages with corresponding URLs that drive users to dynamically built landing pages. Additionally, updated Conversion Funnel reporting provides enhanced filtering and visualization to unlock greater insight into the customer journey for sales and marketing professionals.
