NEW YORK, June 19, 2017 -- Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE:RSO) (the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share for the quarter ending June 30, 2017. The dividend will be paid on July 28, 2017 to holders of record on June 30, 2017.
