MELBOURNE, Australia, Jan. 30, 2018 -- Genetic Technologies Limited (ASX:GTG) (Nasdaq:GENE) (“Company”), advises that Dr Malcolm R. Brandon and Mr Grahame Leonard, AM have resigned as directors of the Company with effect from 29 January, 2018.
Resolution 1, the removal of Dr Malcom R. Brandon as Director, and resolution 2, the removal of Mr Grahame Leonard, AM, as Director are accordingly hereby withdrawn as items of business for consideration at the General meeting of Shareholders scheduled to take place at 10.00 am, AEST on 31 January, 2018.
The Company would like to thank Dr Brandon and Mr Leonard for their contributions during their respective periods of appointment.
