(Nasdaq:RPD), a leading provider of analytics solutions for security and IT operations, announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $26.25 per share. All of the shares are being offered by existing stockholders and Rapid7 will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering. The offering is expected to close on or about March 16, 2018, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
Barclays is acting as underwriter in the offering.
