FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., March 03, 2016 -- Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE:RPT) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a regular first quarter cash dividend of $0.21 per common share. The Board also approved a first quarter Series D convertible perpetual preferred share cash dividend of $0.90625 per share. The dividends, for the period January 1, 2016 through March 31, 2016, are payable on April 1, 2016 to shareholders of record on March 21, 2016.
