Based in San Francisco, California, Ellen Donovan joins the firm as a Principal and Americas Service Line Coordinator for Health Sciences. In this role, she will be responsible for the successful implementation of the US Health Sciences strategy and approved business plan. Ellen has applied expertise in risk assessment, toxicology, exposure reconstruction, and environmental and occupational epidemiology to complex, multi-million-dollar projects across a wide range of industries. She is a frequent contributor to peer-reviewed journals.

A new Principal in Denver, Colorado, Eric Hodek brings nearly 20 years of experience to the firm, with particular expertise managing complex air quality compliance, permitting and impact analysis projects in 18 US states. He serves industrial clients in a variety of sectors, including oil and gas, power, mining, manufacturing and specialty chemicals. His wide-ranging US regulatory experience encompasses the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act, and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.

A new Principal Consultant in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Brian O’Mara has 25 years of experience providing site solutions and compliance, strategy and transaction consulting services for complex environment and health, water and building projects on behalf of leading industrial, financial, legal and public-sector clients. He has assessed and managed liabilities related to impaired properties and EHS compliance and permitting matters in more than 45 US states and 40 countries, including Brazil, China, France, India, Mexico and the UK. He is a professional geologist in New Hampshire.

A new Principal in Los Angeles, California, Scott Weaver brings nearly 25 years of experience with major US environmental consultancies. He has served as strategic advisor and thought leader on complex air quality issues facing regulated sources, including climate change and sustainability. He also advises clients on technical issues affecting capital investments and associated environmental permitting and compliance requirements. Scott is a registered environmental assessor in California, and a certified air permitting professional for the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District.
