(NASDAQ:RGCO), at its meeting on March 28, 2016, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2025 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on May 1, 2016 to shareholders of record on April 15, 2016. This is the Company’s 288th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
