The company is pleased to announce it has begun its stock repurchase through purchase of 110,000,000 common shares of its stock and plan to retire those shares to treasury. We will continue to purchase shares of our company stock as funds permit in our efforts to restructure the company stock. Our overall objective would be to acquire 20% of the company’s outstanding shares and retire them to treasury.
