LAS VEGAS, June 14, 2017 -- The Law Office of Michael Rhodes PLLC announced that it filed a shareholder lawsuit on February 2, 2017 in the District Court, Clark County Nevada, Case No. A-17-750526-C against PowerMedChairs, now known as Holly Brothers Pictures (OTC Pink:HLLY), a Nevada corporation. The lawsuit represents a claim for 50% ownership in the Company based on the original investment made by the Plaintiff into the Company.
The law firm has disseminated this Press Release to alert the public that a lawsuit was filed claiming a substantial interest in PowerMedChairs, now known as Holly Brothers Pictures. To the best of the shareholder’s information and belief, this material lawsuit has not been publicly disclosed by PowerMedChairs, now known as Holly Brothers Pictures.
