PARSIPPANY, N.J., Dec. 07, 2016 -- Pinnacle Foods Inc. (NYSE:PF) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.285 per share, payable on January 10, 2017 to all common stockholders of record at the close of business on December 20, 2016.
