WILMINGTON, Del., April 19, 2018 -- Following the successful integration of recent acquisitions, WSFS Bank, the primary subsidiary of WSFS Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:WSFS), announced a new leadership team that will execute long-term goals for the Bank’s network of banking offices in Delaware and Southeastern Pennsylvania. Long-time WSFS Bank veteran, Shari Kruzinski, will support the team as Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Business Initiatives, providing strategic leadership for the Bank’s five Retail Regional Managers.

“With an accomplished 29-year career at WSFS Bank, Shari has the institutional knowledge, retail banking expertise and a keen understanding of our footprint to lead market strategy for WSFS’ retail network,” said Rick Wright, Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Banking Officer. “Her leadership in client development and sales management will also be instrumental in her continued role as the strategic retail leader of the Bank’s Southeastern Pennsylvania market and a key member of our Pennsylvania leadership team.”

Most recently, Ms. Kruzinski was a Senior Vice President and the Regional Manager of WSFS Bank’s Southeastern Pennsylvania market. In that role, she successfully managed the Bank’s retail operations, and consumer and small business banking in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties, Pa. She played a key role in the integration of WSFS’ recent acquisitions.  Ms. Kruzinski is also deeply rooted in her community, lending her skills and talent to the March of Dimes where she serves on the Greater Philadelphia Market Board and the executive leadership team and is chair of the organization’s Salute to Chester County Women of Achievement.  Ms. Kruzinski also helps oversee the Bank’s giving and charitable donations to over 80 non-profit organizations in the Southeastern Pennsylvania region.

Working with Ms. Kruzinski will be five Regional Managers:

Crissy Kelly Bowden has been promoted to Regional Manager of the Valley Forge Region. With more than 11 years of banking experience, three of those with WSFS Bank, Ms. Bowden will oversee 11 banking offices in Montgomery and Chester Counties, Pa.  Most recently, she was the Region’s Market Manager and began her WSFS career as a Banking Office Manager in Devon, Pa.  Ms. Bowden attended Wilson College and the Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, and dedicates her free time to several community organizations, including Home of the Sparrow, The Hickman Friends Senior Community of West Chester, and equestrian groups such as the Radnor Race Committee and the Radnor Hunt Horse Trials. Ms. Bowden will report to Shari Kruzinski.

Timothy R. Chretien has been promoted to Regional Manager of the Bank’s Brandywine Valley Region overseeing 12 banking offices in Chester and Delaware Counties, Pa. Mr. Chretien began his current WSFS tenure six years ago as a Small Business Relationship Manager, a role he excelled in as he was twice named the WSFS Small Business Lender of the Year.  He began his banking career in 2005 with the Christiana Bank & Trust Company (Christiana Trust) and became a dedicated WSFS small business lender following WSFS’ 2010 acquisition of Christiana Trust. Mr. Chretien holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Delaware and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. Mr. Chretien will report to Ms. Kruzinski.

Jeremy Shackleford is the new Regional Manager of WSFS’ Greater Wilmington Region.  He joined WSFS with significant retail banking experience attained through various roles, including as a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Susquehanna Bank and BB&T (the latter acquired the former) where he supported the growth and expansion of the retail branch network and small business lending.  Mr. Shackleford will oversee nine WSFS banking offices, all in New Castle County, Del.  He began his banking career in 2002 with Bank of America and prior to that served 10 years in the United States Air Force.  Mr. Shackleford has earned multiple accreditations, certificates and industry licenses throughout his professional and military careers, and has served with more than eight community and business organizations in the Delaware Valley.  Mr. Shackleford will report to Rick Wright.

Shelly R. Kavanagh has been promoted to Regional Manager of the Southern Region, which encompasses 15 Banking Offices in Kent and Sussex Counties, Del. Most recently, Ms. Kavanagh was a Retail Program Manager at WSFS where she successfully augmented the Bank’s retail sales process. She joined WSFS in 2012 managing a banking office and small business lending in Sussex County, Del., and began her banking career in 2006 as a bank branch manager and a small business development officer for BB&T in Washington, D.C. Ms. Kavanagh is a board member of the Delaware Small Business Chamber.  Ms. Kavanagh will report to Mr. Wright.

Tracy Feinsilver, who has been a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of WSFS’ New Castle Region for the past three years, will complete the amplified leadership team in her current role. Ms. Feinsilver is a 17-year WSFS Bank veteran who has held various roles of increasing responsibility. Her New Castle Region includes 11 banking offices, all in New Castle County, Del. Ms. Feinsilver supports the community through her troop leadership role with the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay, as a board member of the Southern New Castle County Communities Coalition, and as an active member of her local school district parent-teacher association.  Ms. Feinsilver will report to Mr. Wright.
