Nancy Gray-Starkebaum joined Phenom People from Canadian Tire where she served as associate vice president of Talent Acquisition. Over the duration of her 25-year career in human resources and talent acquisition, Gray-Starkebaum has become a well-respected thought leader while taking on strategic positions at large corporations including, Business Objects, Electronic Arts and Blackberry.
