JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Aug. 03, 2017 -- ParkerVision, Inc. (Nasdaq:PRKR) (“ParkerVision”), today announced the introduction of its PV6870 Wi-Fi complete system-on-chip product (the “PV6870”). The PV6870 supports IEEE 802.11ac/b/a/g/n WLAN and provides concurrent dual-band operation. Incorporating dual 32bit low-power CPU’s for flexible support of user applications, the PV6870 is intended for applications such as IoT and M2M devices, appliances, wireless media players, access points and routers.
The PV6870 provides high levels of integration including on chip program flash, RAM, IO for SDIO, EMMC, SPI, IIC, UART, IIS and Ethernet allowing for compact and cost effective reference designs that deliver fast time-to-market for new Wi-Fi enabled products.
