Recognized as an emerging leader among dealmakers in the private equity space, Heinze was selected based on her accomplishments, impressive career growth and more than 15 years of experience in the industry.

Heinze is a founding member and partner at ParkerGale and plays a key role in leading the firm. She is responsible for sourcing and monitoring investments as well as taking interim operating roles at portfolio companies. Prior to founding ParkerGale, she spent 11 years at Chicago Growth Partners and served as part of the original team that spun out of William Blair in 2004. She’s an active member of the Private Equity Women Investor Network, which serves to bring together women in the private equity industry and help more young women enter the field.
