Ochs has more than 17 years of experience in information technology. He was senior manager, data center operations for PRA Group before being promoted to his current position. His previous roles include director, IT operations for the Americas for Cegedim Group, senior network engineer for ProSoft, and network engineer and exchange administrator for CACI Field Services.
Prior to his career in IT, Ochs was on active duty in the United States Army. He served in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and earned numerous awards and decorations for his military service. He is also a disabled combat veteran and a member of the Disabled American Veterans organization.
Ochs earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in physics and mathematics from Slippery Rock University. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Certified Novell Administrator 5.0.
