(NasdaqCM: OTTW), the holding company for Ottawa Savings Bank FSB, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the Company’s quarterly cash dividend from $0.04 per share to $0.05 per share. The Company also announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a one-time special cash dividend of $0.065 per share on its outstanding common stock. The increased quarterly dividend and the one-time special dividend will each be paid on or about April 5, 2018, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 26, 2018.
