(“Opiant”) (OTCQB:LLTP), a specialty pharmaceutical company developing pharmacological treatments for substance use, addictive and eating disorders, announced the change of its OTCQB trading symbol from “LLTP” to “OPNT.” The change will take effect at the start of trading on March 8, 2016.
The new trading symbol, which is more closely aligned with Opiant’s name, is intended to strengthen the Opiant brand and increase its profile within the investment community.
Beginning March 8, 2016 all information, including stock trading, SEC filings, and market data related to Opiant will be reported under the new ticker symbol, “OPNT.” The CUSIP for company’s common stock will change to 683750103. Outstanding stock certificates are not affected by the symbol change and will not need to be exchanged.
