“One Piece” 921 is supposed to be the time when the Straw Hats band together with other rebels in Wano in order to take down the tyrannical Orochi and Kaidou. While many assumed that the latter would not show up for a long time, this assumption is about to get turned on its head. Not only will Kaidou appear in “One Piece” 921, but he is also going to showcase his true power to everyone.
For anyone who wants to have “One Piece” 921 spoiled for them, there are images and details posted over at Reddit that they can check out. The images are with regards to the Raw scans of the chapter, but while the texts are in Japanese, it’s easy enough to infer what is going on. Not that this will be necessary since translations are provided in the same thread, anyway.
From what the translated scenes indicate, things are not exactly going the way the Straw Hats and the rebel samurais had hoped. Not only was there a bandit attack that was aimed at stealing the food that Luffy and his friends stole from Orochi, but Jack from the Beast Pirates also comes looking, as well. The “One Piece” 921 images then see a dragon filling up the sky.
Those who might have been paying attention will likely have already guess who this dragon in “One Piece” 921 could be: it is Kaidou. The scaled giant then tells Jack to bring the kids to him, though, it is unclear as to which kids he is referring to. The sheer breadth and size of the Pirate Emperor also bring up the possibility of Luffy and his friends getting annihilated if they ever fight Kaidou head-on.
“One Piece” 921 is set for release on Oct. 22, GameNGuides reports. This chapter comes after a week of hiatus, which means that fans are starving for more.
