ISO 9001 is a quality management standard that helps service providers and companies meet customer satisfaction standards, work more efficiently, and enhance quality control processes. During the audit, OSS' Quality Management System was found to fully meet all ISO 9001:2015 standards. Surveillance audits are expected to be conducted annually to ensure continued compliance with the standards.
