THOUSAND OAKS, Calif., April 02, 2018 -- Nexsan, a global leader in redefining unified storage, announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has given Nexsan a 5-Star rating in its 2018 Partner Program Guide. This annual guide is the definitive listing of partner programs from technology vendors that provide products and services through the IT channel. The 5-Star Partner Program Guide rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.
To determine the 2018 5-Star ratings, The Channel Company’s research team assessed each vendor’s partner program based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication.
The Nexsan Channel Partner Program aims to be the best of the best in the storage industry, which means to offer robust margins, a healthy selection of add-on products and services, extensive training for partners, co-selling and pre-sales support and advanced marketing assistance and tools. Nexsan has not only been able to incorporate new elements to better the program but it has also been able to offer partners additional opportunities to bring up revenue which includes new innovative sales performance incentive fund (SPIF) programs, more reseller-focused services, a revamp of its MDF program and a new portal for partners.
In addition to all the above offerings, Nexsan shows its appreciation for its partners each year by presenting top stand-out partners with awards. This year, Nexsan’s partner awards recognized Veristor Systems Inc. and VNS Technologies. Veristor Systems Inc. won Nexsan’s “2017 Partner of the Year” award, while VNS Technologies was awarded the “Rising Star Award.”
“Finding the right technology vendor to partner with can be a daunting task, given the vast array of choices now available to solution providers,” said Robert Faletra, Executive Chairman of The Channel Company. “CRN’s Partner Program Guide and 5-Star ratings help them narrow the field and find the best fit, identifying the most rewarding partner programs and providing crucial insight into their strengths and benefits. We are pleased to present our 2018 PPG list, recognizing the strongest and most successful partner programs in the channel today.”
“We prioritize our customers by offering very aggressive deal registration opportunities. By doing this, we’re able to differentiate ourselves from competitors and be the top 100-percent channel-based storage company. We aim to provide the best product training, marketing, sales and technical support for our partners,” said Gregg Pugmire, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing of Nexsan. “We couldn’t be more honored to receive the 5-Star Partner Program Guide rating.”
The 2018 Partner Program Guide will be featured in the April issue of CRN and online at www.CRN.com/ppg.
