New “Game Of Thrones” Fan-Made Video Documents 150,966 Character, Creature Deaths [Watch]

A total of 150,966 deaths have occurred in the last six seasons of the HBO fantasy drama “Game Of Thrones.” This piece of information was played out in a 21-minute compilation video by a fan, which was subsequently posted on YouTube [watch here].

Fan Leon Andrew Razon, who compiled the very bloody supercut, showed all on-screen deaths of the show, which is based from the “A Song of Fire and Ice” books of “George RR Martin, which involved a variety of beheadings, arrows, stabbings, hangings, poisons, falling from cliffs, fire, explosions, dragon attacks, and violence by a pair of hands, Den of Geek noted.

Majority of the deaths involved warriors, soldiers, servants, assassins, villagers, peasants, guards, Free Folks, Meereenese, Sons of the Harpy, Night's Watch members, the Unsullied, among many others who occupied the fictional Seven Kingdoms, CNET said. Moreover, the tally also include the animals that were either caught in the crossfire or war, or intentionally murdered. The animals range from deer, direwolves, snakes, rabbits, sheep, birds, leeches, manticores and horses.

The most recognizable ones are definitely the deaths of the show’s main characters. From the tragic deaths of Ned Stark and his clan (during the Red Wedding) to Hodor, and the most deserving ones, like the child-king Joffrey Baratheon. The video ends with the death of Lyanna Stark (Aisling Franciosi), following her bloody childbirth during Bran Stark’s (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) flashback.

Express UK said the video was released following a new set of season seven photos, which hinted some big spoilers in the show. One of the spoilers involved the return of Sandor "The Hound" Clegane (Rory McCann) and Beric Dondarrion (played by Richard Dormer), who are seen riding alongside on horseback in the snow, and hinting an alliance between the two characters for Jon Snow (Kit Harington).

“Game of Thrones” Season 7 returns on July 16 on HBO.
