‘Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker’ News: Bandai Namco Invites Gamers to Open Beta; Playing Dates Announced

“Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker” players were given a chance to test the newest Naruto game. This event is open to Xbox One and PS4 console users and they may join in anytime on the dates set by the game’s publisher.

On July 18, Bandai Namco announced that there would be open-beta sessions for gamers who would like to try “Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker.” Many dates were set so players can choose any day that is convenient for them to play. To access the open beta, participants just need to download the game via the Xbox or PlayStation Store.

On its website, the invitation for “Naruto” players to participate reads, “Want to challenge your friends in 4 vs. 4 online acrobatic ninja battles? NARUTO TO BORUTO: SHINOBI STRIKER is recruiting beta testers!”

The second “Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker” open beta sessions are going to be divided into several dates. Note that Pacific Time Zone is followed in these schedules:

  • July 19 - 11 p.m.
  • July 20 - 2 a.m.
  • July 20 - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • July 21 - 2 a.m. to 5 a.m., 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. (July 22)
  • July 26 - 11 p.m.
  • July 28 - 11 p.m.

With the “Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker” open beta, participants can try out 4-player, single-player and 8v8 PVP. They can choose to play in either “Destruction Battle” or “Base Battle” modes. Plus, gamers can play as Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and the newest playable character, Yamato.

Comic Book notes that Bandai Namco is launching the full version of “Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker” in the U.S., U.K. and Asia on Aug. 31. The Japanese release is a day earlier, scheduled for Aug. 30. Those who will pre-order the game will enjoy early access to a master character and avail the Seventh Hokage costume and the Black & White Shinobi Striker Coats.
