(NASDAQ:BLIN), a provider in cloud-based Marketing Technology platform and services announced today that a leading retail and franchise group selected Bridgeline Digital as their Digital Experience provider to transform certain divisions and their franchise websites, marketing automation and online commerce.
The customer is a $20 billion, multi-national retailer whose services division manages more than 12 million service calls annually. The engagement includes development of 350 websites to support four of their services franchise network brands with the expected initial value of license, hosting and services totaling approximately $1,000,000. The customer’s goal is to provide their franchisees a customizable website to improve customer acquisition through enhanced SEO, automated workflows and a more dynamic product catalog while corporate maintains brand control and enhances its upsell and cross–sell opportunities.
Bridgeline will develop an enhanced online experience for the company’s franchises to offer an improved and targeted experience that helps customers select service packages and set appointments. In addition, the platform will integrate with the customer's field management system to manage the appointments for franchisees to boost operational efficiencies. Visitors will be able to view websites of local franchisees with specific hyper-local content and offers, strengthening the reputation and brand awareness in each region and improving local search results.
