Michael Schumacher’s health condition is unknown up to now and his family continues to be secretive about how he is doing. Has he recovered already? Where is he? Will the fans ever see Schumi again?

Many of Michael Schumacher’s colleagues and former bosses revealed that they are one of those lucky ones who were allowed to visit the Formula 1 legend. And from time to time, they talk about Schumi in their interviews; however, they do not share much and this is probably out of respect for the Schumacher family’s wish of keeping Michael’s condition a secret.

Michael Schumacher suffered from a severe head injury following a freak skiing accident in the Alps. The incident happened in December 2013 and this means that it has been five years since the racing champ was last seen in public.

At that time, he underwent a brain operation as there was hemorrhage in his brain. He was in critical condition so the doctors put him in a medically induced coma in order to save his life.

Weeks later, it was said that Michael Schumacher had woken up and shown major signs of improvements like eye and hand movements. When he achieved a completely stable condition, the family decided to bring him home and set up a medical room where the racer can continue his treatments. The family hired a team of doctors, nurses and medical staff to monitor the Schumacher patriarch.

But since then, there has been no concrete news about Michael Schumacher. Fans want to know how he is but his family won’t share any update. Now, Schumi’s former manager decided to open up about the champ’s condition but he dropped some bad news.

According to Daily Star, Willi Weber, Michael Schumacher’s former manager, had said goodbye to the F1 legend. He admitted that he already gave up hope that Michael will recover.

Weber said he believes the former racer is not coming back anymore. "After a long period of mourning, I've put it to an end — I've closed it off," he told a German magazine (via Daily Star). "I would go crazy otherwise."

At the end of the emotional interview, Webber remarked, "We no longer have our fate in our own hands."
