“While our overall NPS for the technical services division continues to be an industry-leading 92 in 2017, the opportunity to further elevate the level of support we can provide our clients will help us stay ahead of the game,” said Matthew McKaig, general manager of the global technical support division. “We want to make sure our clients have the support they need when they need it.”.
This announcement marks completion of the first phase of expanded audiovisual support offerings that come as a direct result of Mechdyne’s acquisition of ABS Associates, Inc in February 2017.
Bob Koch, president of ABS and now general manager of Mechdyne’s service desk business unit added, “The opportunity to bring our expertise to all of Mechdyne’s clients helped drive the acquisition earlier this year. We are glad to see it paying off already in addressing client needs with this expanded offering. We are committed to delivering more complete support to meet our client’s needs in offices around the globe.”
In the coming months, support will continue to expand. Upcoming phases will include an AV/IT help desk service, providing clients the ability to access higher level audiovisual and engineering support. Each phase is centered on helping clients maximize the productivity from their audiovisual resources while driving efficiency and bottom-line growth.
