Mountford’s practice focuses on the areas of commercial litigation, consumer financial services litigation, and appellate representation. He represents mortgage lenders, servicers, and other financial institutions in litigation involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and other consumer financial services matters. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016 and his B.S. from Harding University in 2013.
Stoecker’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, financial services litigation, real estate litigation, and employment litigation. He has experience representing financial institutions in contested mortgage foreclosure actions (both commercial and residential) and defending actions involving consumer protection statutes such as the FDCPA and RESPA. In the area of employment litigation, he has experience defending employers in a wide range of employment matters, and experience defending property owners and tenants in cases brought under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Stoecker received his J.D., cum laude, from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2011 and his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2008.
