McDonald's has introduced "Free Fries Friday" for U.S. patrons alongside noteworthy one-day offers for U.K. customers, adding a tasty incentive for a quick app download.
To take advantage of the "Free Fries Friday" promotion, visitors must download the McDonald's app and spend $1 while opting into the "Rewards" program. This promotion will run until the end of the year, according to Hypebeast.
A Chance to Indulge in Fries on Fridays
McDonald's limits the offer to one free fries redemption per user per day, using the app to prevent exploitation. With this measure, they can track and validate the redemption process effectively. So why not "make it a fry day with a friend" for just a dollar until December 31st? It's an unbeatable deal!
Special Deals for U.K. Customers
Besides the exciting U.S. promotion, McDonald's offers special deals to its customers in the U.K. The Daily Mail reported that for one day only, on October 23rd, the fast-food chain will offer a Happy Meal for just £1 for kids. Adults can also enjoy a McMuffin for £1.19, a 30% saving on the classic breakfast item.
Kids in the U.K. are in for an additional treat this month. McDonald's introduces the limited edition Squishmallows Happy Meal, available until Halloween on October 31st. Celebrating the spooky season with delightful and collectible toys is the perfect way.
Rewards Program Benefits with Points Collection
Customers can unlock further benefits by opting into MyMcDonald's Rewards. For every penny spent, fans will earn one Rewards point. These points can later be redeemed for menu items, including small fries, a hash brown, a regular cold soft drink, or a side salad. The more points collected, the better the rewards.
By collecting 2,500 points, customers can enjoy a free Double Cheeseburger, a Vegetable Deluxe, or an Apple Pie. For those who earn 4,000 points, enticing menu options such as 6 Chicken McNuggets, a Big Mac, or a Filet-O-Fish are up for grabs. With 5,500 points, a Mighty McMuffin, a McSpicy, a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, or a McCrispy can be enjoyed.
Spreading Joy, Making a Difference
While McDonald's offers exciting promotions, the chain also wants to spread joy by allowing customers to donate the cash equivalent of their Rewards points to charitable causes. Whether supporting BBC Children in Need, FareShare, or Ronald McDonald House Charities, McDonald's fans can make a positive impact.
