SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 12, 2018 -- Matrix Medical Network (Matrix), a leading population health provider of in-home and mobile health services, has announced that Heidi Cannon has joined the company as senior vice president, account management. In this role, Ms. Cannon will be responsible for the continued growth and development of the account management organization, emphasizing the company’s ability to drive better health outcomes for the members it serves.
Ms. Cannon comes to Matrix as a highly accomplished leader with strong executive healthcare experience across a variety of leadership roles. Most recently, Ms. Cannon served as the market president at Evolent Health, where she helped provider organizations achieve clinical and financial results in value-based care. Prior to that, Ms. Cannon served as vice president, account management for Matrix from 2010 to 2016, leading the development of major client relationships and helping to drive the company’s significant growth. In 2016, Ms. Cannon received the Matrix CEO Leadership award.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Cannon also held leadership roles in marketing and account management for Healthways (now Tivity Health), and led regional operations and planning for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB).
