FAIRFAX, Va., Feb. 26, 2016 -- The Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest has awarded ManTech (Nasdaq:MANT), in a joint venture with AECOM, a $30 million firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) for preparation of National Environmental Policy Act environmental planning documents for Navy and Marine Corps in-water and coastal projects in the NAVFAC Southwest area of responsibility (AOR). Work will be performed at various Navy and Marine Corps facilities and other government facilities within the NAVFAC Southwest AOR including, but not limited to, California, Arizona, Nevada, and other locations in the U.S. The single award IDIQ contract was competitively procured and has a 12-month base period of performance plus four 12-month option periods.
