(NASDAQ:MKSI), a global provider of technologies that enable advanced processes and improve productivity, today announced that its board of directors has authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share, payable on March 9, 2018 to shareholders of record as of February 26, 2018.
Future dividend declarations, as well as the record and payment dates for such dividends, are subject to the final determination of the company's Board of Directors.
